TROUBLESHOOTING
  ENGINE WILL NOT START OR IS HARD TO START


  Inspection/Adjustment                Symptom                     Probable Cause

  Check if fuel reaches
  carburetor by
  loosening drain
  screw.
                                                                   Empty fuel tank

  Remove spark plug
  and install it into

  with mouth.
